homecoming hair and remembering.....

My friend Linda brought in her daughter and friend to get hair done for homecoming. It always brings me back to when I was doing this in my head, the whole going back into time and remembering....

the fun of getting ready
being with friends
having a date
feeling awkward
feeling beautiful
intimidated
insecure
excited
hungry
too nervous to eat
cold
special
loved to dance
pretty

All of these things at the same time....
They should have homecoming for 30 and over, wouldn't that be a blast?

  1. I actually really do wish there were more dances and events like Homecoming for adults so I could have a decent excuse to dress up and have fun with my hubby and friends...other than going to a bar which isn't quite what I mean. So fun to get our hair done all purdee:) She is darling!
